Learn Proper Technique

It's more than just punching, knees, elbows and kicking. Here at the Compound we teach everything from footwork to how to throw a proper punch/kick to how to block and defend punches using your body and legs. Plus clinch work to be a well rounded Thai fighter.

Class Schedule

On a typical Tuesday/Thursday evening Muay Thai class we start warm ups with foot work drills or jump ropes. Then we move over to thai pad work and defensive drills. At the end of class test your skills in a mini sparring match, or a tough fight (if your up for it) or finish off with some of everyone's favorite thing... conditioning!
