What is Combat Fit Training?

A 50 minute high-energy workout using a combination of exercise styles and martial arts techniques mixed with fast-paced cardio. Not only will this class help you shed major calories, burn fat, and improve your overall fitness levels but it is a great way to blow off major steam and reduce your stress levels.

All cross training classes at The Compound take place in a non-competitive group.

Great For All Levels

This class will prove to be challenging to students, both beginners and advanced. This non-contact workout is great for people of all athletic levels, no martial arts or boxing experience is necessary.

Combat Fit/ Cardio Kickboxing is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6 PM . Class will include a warm-up and call down, dynamic and static stretch, core workout, you will use the gyms equipment such as: kettle bells, Battle ropes, heavy punching bags, kicking pads, and much much more.

This class will improve your cardiovascular health, coordination, speed, and stamina!

If you’re interested in a traditional Cross Fit/circuit training class try out our 6 PM class Monday,Wednesdays, and Fridays.
